I love Aaliyah, and it truly is a shame that her music is not available on streaming services. I am afraid that because her music is so hard to find her legacy and impact might start to fizzle out. What happens when the people who love her and keep her music and spirit alive disappear, and there is no music or catalog to visit that is accessible for this day and age and how we listen to music.

It is also sad that there are so many conspiracy theories surrounding her death. Her legacy is also often overshadowed by the unhealthy and scandalous relationship she had with R.Kelly. Her music and legacy are dying, as fans we need to do better by bringing light to her uncles’ shady practices, and get that music released!
